• Adelaide Coghlan

    Senior Physiotherapist

Adelaide is a proud Northern Beaches local who grew up between the dance studio and the ocean. She graduated from Australian Catholic University (ACU) in 2015 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. While completing her studies, Adelaide travelled internationally with Nitro Circus as a sports trainer and assistant physiotherapist, later joining the tour full-time as a physiotherapist supporting elite athletes and crew.

Adelaide has a special interest in women’s health and has completed Level 1 Women’s Health Physiotherapy training through the Women's Health Training Association (WHTA). She is passionate about helping women throughout their movement journeys, particularly during the pre- and postnatal periods. As a mother of three (including twins), Adelaide has a deep understanding of the physical demands of pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood, and brings both professional expertise and personal experience to her care.

In addition to her physiotherapy work, Adelaide is a qualified Pilates instructor, offering one-on-one clinical sessions as well as small and large group classes focused on building strength, fitness, and mobility. She is dedicated to helping people move well, feel strong, and achieve their individual health goals.

Fun Fact: Before pursuing her career in physiotherapy, Adelaide danced professionally overseas — including an unforgettable experience dancing in a swimming pool with pythons in Paris!
