Physiotherapist

Gemma graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2023 and gained experience working across several private physiotherapy clinics before joining the Allura Health team in 2025.

Having grown up on the Northern Beaches, Gemma has a strong connection to the local community and loves helping people of all ages achieve their goals. Her clinical interests include paediatric physiotherapy, particularly supporting children with developmental delays, as well as neurological rehabilitation and working closely with clients living with cerebral palsy.

Gemma also has experience in hydrotherapy, musculoskeletal injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation, taking a personalised approach to help each client improve their movement, strength, confidence and independence.

Outside of physiotherapy, Gemma is an avid runner and can usually be found training for her next marathon or ultra-marathon around the Northern Beaches. When she isn't treating clients or running, she enjoys making the most of everything the Northern Beaches has to offer.
