    With over two decades of clinical experience, Katrina brings elite-level care directly to Allura Health in Brookvale. A University of Sydney First Class Honours graduate with a Master of Sports Physiotherapy, Katrina spent over a decade as Head of Physiotherapy at Melbourne’s premier Olympic Park Sports Medicine Centre (OPSMC) and served as an Australian team physio at both the Olympic Games and Commonwealth Games.

    Katrina’s clinical philosophy is grounded in a simple principle: every body deserves elite care. Her holistic approach blends targeted hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, and clinical exercise with essential lifestyle factors like sleep, nutrition, and stress management. Certified in Polestar Pilates and Health Coaching, she focuses on empowering clients through clear education, root-cause diagnosis, and guiding them through the crucial final 10% of rehab to prevent re-injury for good. Katrina tailors her care to the individual goals of her clients and works seamlessly alongside medical specialists, allied health professionals, and coaches.
