Physiotherapists
Lachie Bruce
Lachie founded Allura Health with the prospects to create a space for clients of all abilities to achieve their rehabilitation goals. He focuses on a patient centred treatment plan for clients with musculoskeletal injuries, biomechanical in-balances and neurological rehabilitation. Lachie has had the fortunate opportunity to work with various athletes off all ages from a variety of sports, ranging from Nutri-Grain Ironman to professional football players and both State and Australian representatives in swimming, surf-lifesaving, running and triathlons. Although he works with some of Australia’s top athlete’s he hopes to bring the same treatment plans to his clients within the Northern Beaches community. He currently works in the Allura Health rooms and in the pool providing both physiotherapy and aquatic physiotherapy services to clients with chronic pain, acute injuries and neurological deficits. When he is not treating, Lachie can be found spending far too much time at the beach. He hopes to help guide you on your pathway to thrive and be pain free.
Adelaide Coghlan
Born and raised on the Northern Beaches, Adelaide has always had a passion for movement—spending her early years dancing and in the water. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at ACU in 2015 and gained international experience touring with Nitro Circus as a physiotherapist and sports trainer.
Adelaide has a special interest in women’s health, having completed Level 1 training with the Women’s Health Training Association (WHTA). As a mum of three, she brings both personal insight and professional expertise to supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond.
She’s also a qualified Pilates instructor, offering both clinical and group-based sessions to help clients build strength, improve mobility, and feel their best. Adelaide is passionate about helping people move well and achieve their individual goals.
Fun fact: Adelaide once danced professionally overseas—and even performed in a swimming pool with pythons in Paris!
Julie Mcmurtry
Julie brings a wealth of experience to the Allura Health team, having supported individuals and families across the Northern Beaches for many years. She is dedicated to helping clients improve their mobility, strength, and overall function through personalised, evidence-based treatment plans. Known for her compassionate and thorough approach, Julie works closely with each client to understand their unique needs and goals.
As a busy mum, Julie understands the demands of daily life and is passionate about helping others achieve better movement and wellbeing. She plays a key role in our Hydrotherapy program, running both individual sessions and group classes throughout the week. Her sessions are designed to build confidence, reduce pain, and promote safe, functional movement in the water.
Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending quality time at the beach with her husband and two boys, making the most of the coastal lifestyle she loves.
Chiropractors
Liam Kelly
Liam brings extensive experience in managing acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, with a strong focus on helping clients return to the activities they love. Born and raised on the Northern Beaches, he’s passionate about supporting his local community.
With a background in elite sport, Liam has worked as team chiropractor for the Warringah Rats and provided care to high-profile clients internationally, including Chelsea FC players and musician Example. A former elite athlete himself, Liam won the European Surf Lifesaving Ironman and Board titles in 2017 and now coaches the German SLS team.
Liam takes a patient-centred, outcomes-focused approach, creating tailored treatment plans for clients of all ages and abilities. He lives on the Northern Beaches with his wife and daughter, continuing his commitment to both high-performance sport and community health.
Clare Robertson
Clare graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Charles Sturt University and has experience across metropolitan and rural hospital settings, treating neurological and orthopaedic conditions. Currently assisting neurological clients in one of the major hospitals on the North Shore.
She takes a holistic, patient-centred approach, working collaboratively to support recovery and long-term wellbeing. Clare has a special interest in neurological rehab, musculoskeletal injuries, and human biomechanics, offering tailored programs for strength, recovery, and performance.
A former elite swimmer, she integrates aquatic principles into therapy, enhancing both land and water-based outcomes. Outside of work, Clare enjoys staying active, social sport, and exploring new food spots.
